Q. How will my package be shipped.
A. Shipments are via UPS or USPS. We offer ground, 3 day, or 2 day(Business days only, no weekend deliveries) We do not offer expedited shipping unless the order ships to the credit card billing address. All international orders must be shipped to a physical address, no PO Boxes. Ground shipping takes between 3-8 days (typically 2-5 days).
Q. Do you ship to Alaska & Hawaii?
A. Yes we do ship to Alaska and Hawaii as well as internationally. Shipping time table is about the same as domestic.
Q. Do you ship to PO boxes?
A. Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Q. Do you ship Internationally?
A. YES. Although we do not ship to U.S. territories (American Samoa, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands). Upon delivery, you will be responsible for paying for all applicable duties and/or taxes for your order.
If packages are refused upon delivery, the customer will be responsible for all duties/taxes, return shipping and a 20% restocking fee. Original shipping cost will not be refunded.
Q. How long after I place my order will my package be shipped?
A. In stock 2nd Day Air and 3 Day Select orders usually ship within 1- 2 business days. In stock Ground items usually ship within 2 business days.
Q. Do you insure shipments?
A. All shipments are insured.
Q. Can I track my shipment?
A. Yes. Just log in to your account with the Name & Password you used when you placed your order. A tracking number will also be emailed to you once the order has been shipped
