Q. How will my package be shipped.
A. Shipments are via UPS and include a tracking number. We offer Ground (ground shipping takes between 3-8 days...typically 2-5 days), 3 day, or 2 day(Business days only, no weekend deliveries) We do not offer expedited shipping unless the order ships to the credit card billing address. All international orders must be shipped to a physical address, no PO Boxes. International orders are shipped via USPS from USA and are Express delivery and include a tracking number. Please allow 7 days to process International orders.

 

Q. Do you ship to Alaska & Hawaii?
A. Yes we do ship to Alaska and Hawaii as well as internationally. Shipping time table is about the same as domestic.

 

Q. Do you ship to PO boxes?
A. Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

 

Q. Do you ship Internationally?
A. YES. Although we do not ship to U.S. territories (American Samoa, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands). Upon delivery, you will be responsible for paying for all applicable duties and/or taxes for your order. If packages are refused upon delivery, the customer will be responsible for all duties/taxes, return shipping and a 20% restocking fee. Original shipping cost will not be refunded. All international orders must be shipped to a physical address, no PO Boxes. International orders are shipped via USPS from USA and are First Class or Priority Mail and DO NOT include a tracking number. Please allow 7 days to process International orders.

 

International Buyers – Please Note:

  • Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

  • Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.

  • These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.

  • We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.

 

Q. How long after I place my order will my package be shipped?
A. In stock 2nd Day Air and 3 Day Select orders usually ship within 1- 2 business days. In stock Ground items usually ship within 2 business days. International orders ship in about 5 days.

 

Q. Do you insure shipments?
A. All shipments are insured. All shipments include a tracking number.

 

Q. Can I track my shipment?
A. Yes. Just log in to your account with the Name & Password you used when you placed your order. A tracking number will also be emailed to you once the order has been shipped

Return Policy

Returns can only be made for manufacturers defect. NO EXCHANGE OR REFUND if incorrect size or color (unless it was due to our error)

 

**BE SURE TO ORDER CORRECT SHOE SIZE (SEE SIZE CHART ). REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES WILL NOT BE MADE for incorrect shoe size.**

 

All returns and exchanges will be charged a 15% restocking fee, unless the return or exchange is due to a manufacturing defect, or an error on the part of us or one of our suppliers.


If packages are refused upon delivery, the customer will be responsible for all duties/taxes, return shipping and a 20% restocking fee. Original shipping cost will not be refunded.

 

Returns for manufacturer defect or our error:

Items returned must be in new, unused condition with undamaged original manufacturers box & packaging. Do not mark or tape original box in any way. Damaged packaging or box (original manufacturers box) or returns/exchanges without the original box will result in a $5.00 fee.

 

We will not accept returns or exchange of items with obvious signs of use. Worn goods will NOT be accepted. If you return items in used condition, you will be responsible for the cost to have them shipped back to you.

 

You must notify us by email within 3 days of receiving your order if you wish to make a return or exchange. Failure to notify us within a 3 day period will result in refusal of your return.

 

We will not refund the cost of shipping or handling, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect, or an error on the part of us or one of our suppliers.

 

All returns must be preceded with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization), which may be obtained by email. Any item returned without an RMA will not be considered for return and reshipped back to the return address at your expense. Once you notify us, you will be issued a RMA # (This process may take up to two weeks to receive) which must be written on the outside of the package you send to us. Once you receive this number (again, this may take up to two weeks), you have 3 days to return the items to us. Any packages received without the appropriate RMA # written on the outside, or not shipped back within 3 days of receiving your item, will be refused and shipped back to sender.

 

It is recommended that you insure the package for delivery back to us. We cannot be responsible for packages that we do not receive or arrive damaged, due to shipping. Allow 2 weeks for returns and exchanges to be processed.

 

All authorized returns/exchanges that meet above terms will result in a refund to the credit card used for the original purchase, or store credit
